Entrepreneur Marián K. and Tomáš Sz., who are both charged in the case of the murder of journalist Ján Kuciak, were charged on Wednesday with illegal arming and trading with weapons. The police informed about this via their social network. If found guilty, they will both face a punishment of one to five years of imprisonment. The police seized ammunition in the houses of both culprits during home searches. Tomáš Sz., the alleged hitman in Kuciak's murder, is currently in custody. Marian K., who allegedly ordered the hit, is also in custody, however, in the case of the so-called television promissory notes.
