The state company Zeleznice Slovenskej Republiky (ZSR) faces a shortage of 85 train dispatchers. The rail infrastructure operator, which is one of the largest employers in Slovakia with more than 13,600 employees, urgently needs people with technical education. "At present, the biggest shortage in the workforce is mainly in operating positions. The company most urgently needs new employees in the counties of Bratislava, Trnava, Nitra and Trenčin.
