OSCE election experts arrived in Slovakia on Monday to assess preparations for the presidential election - the first round of which is slated for Saturday, March 16 - and to monitor its course. The six-member OSCE mission was received by interim Constitutional Court chair Jana Baricova. Headed by Alexander Keltchewski of France, the six-member OSCE mission plans to be present in Slovakia until the end of the presidential race.
