Slovak President Andrej Kiska joined his counterparts from the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland at an event in Prague on Tuesday, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the latter three countries' accession to NATO. Slovakia will commemorate its 15th anniversary as a NATO member later this month. The event in Prague is also due to be attended by NATO Deputy Secretary-General Rose Gottemoeller, former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, foreign affairs and defence ministers from the Visegrad Four countries (the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia), and other figures from these countries and from the US.
