The fourth Slovak candidate in a row for the post of judge on the General Court of the EU, Michal Kučera, met with no success in Luxembourg, Justice Ministry spokesperson Zuzana Drobová confirmed to the TASR press agency on Monday. Slovakia was originally slated to fill the judge post as far back as September 2016.
