31 Slovak political subjects running for European Parliament

In Slovakia, 31 political parties, movements or coalitions have filed their lists of candidates for the elections to the European parliament, reported the press department of the Interior Ministry on Monday. The elections are set to take place between May 23 and 26 in the entire EU, however in Slovakia, they will only be on May 25. Slovak voters will choose 14 members of the European parliament for the next five years. Slovak citizens with permanent residence in the country as well as foreigners from any EU country with permanent residence in Slovakia are eligible to vote in the election.
