Public transport in Bratislava recorded only up to 15 minutes delay in connection with the closure of Mlynské nivy Street and other routes to Prístavný Most , according to Adriana Volfová, the spokeswoman for the public transport company. Mlynské nivy Street is totally closed for traffic on the section between Svätoplukova Street and KaradžičovaStreet. Cars will not be able to use it for a year, public transport for half a year. Due to construction on the connection of the R7 expressway to Bajkalská and Prístavná Streets and to the D1 motorway, the Prievoz crossroad under Prístavný most will be closed for half a year.
