Alena Zs., who has been in custody since September 2018 for ordering the murder of the journalist Ján Kuciak and his fiancée, has been accused of another murder. Police officers from the National Criminal Agency NAKA detained seven people suspected of committing serious violent and property crimes last Friday. Four people were accused of the particularly serious crime of murder in the form of participation, one of them being Alena Zs.
In connection to Alena Zs. communicating via text messages with the Parliament's Deputy Speaker Martin Glváč (SMER-SD), Prosecutor General Jaromír Čižnár did not back Martin Glváč when he was explaining his communication with Alena Zs. Glváč informed TV JOJ that he had communicated with her with both the Military Intelligence as well as Jaromír Čižnár being aware of this fact. The prosecutor general denied it.
