The supply of housing units in newly constructed apartment buildings in Bratislava has hit its lowest since 2002, when this market began to develop in Slovakia, according to an analysis done by the firm Bencont Investment. The number of available apartments dropped to 2,873 due to the minimal addition of new development projects. Fewer than 250 apartments were added to the supply in the last quarter of last year. Half of the new projects now have fewer than 15 available flats.
