On Wednesday, Slovak Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini met with US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan on the occasion of 25 years of diplomatic partnership between the Slovak Republic and the USA. The key points of their meeting included bilateral co-operation, European security as well as the Slovak Republic's presidency of the OSCE. John Sullivan was also to meet the Slovak Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajčák to talk about defence-related issues, trans-Atlantic dialogue or the conflict in Ukraine, among other topics.
