Cabaret about Slovak dissident in London

A show inspired by the life of the Slovak dramaturg and cabaret writer Ján Kalina opened in London Battersea centre on Thursday. "Rendezvous in Bratislava", a cabaret written by his grand-daughter Miriam Sherwood, tells not only the story of a Jew during the WWII Slovak state who was later imprisoned by the communist regime, but also depicts the relationship of a grand-child to grand-parents. It runs in London until Saturday, Nov 24.
