The Chinese tennis player beat 20th seeded Dominika Cibulková 7-6 (7-3), 6-0 in woman's final in Melbourne. Although Slovakia did not secure the title, a 24 year old Cibulková has a reason to celebrate. She is the first woman player representing Slovakia in a Grand Slam. "These were two fantastic weeks in my life, " she said adding her Chinese rival truly deserved to win.
