On Sunday, family, friends, colleagues and Slovak pubic said their last farewell to actor Marián Geišberg in the new building of the Slovak National Theatre. Geišberg passed away at the age of 64 on November 10th. During his career he was a member of the theatres in Prešov, eastern Slovakia, in Martin, central Slovakia, Trnava, western Slovakia and had been in the Slovak National Theatre in Bratislava since 1992. As the TASR press agency wrote, thanks to his captivating voice and intellect, Geišberg starred in the roles of rebels, sceptics, troublemakers and strong individuals fighting against society, system and conventions.
