On Wednesday (November 14) and Thursday Defence ministers of the Visegrad Four (V4) countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia) discussed the current state of readiness of a joint V4 military group, set to be on standby for the needs of the EU in the second half of 2019 at their meeting in the High Tatras. "What makes me glad is the fact that, together with partners, we approved the decision to form another military group with standby readiness in the first half of 2023," said Slovak Defence Minister Peter Gajdoš.
