The head of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic will examine the statements of the District Court Judge in Poprad, Miroslav Radačovský. On Friday, October 26, he issued a verdict in the dispute over a plot of land in Veľký Slavkov, which President Andrej Kiska bought twenty years ago. After he read the verdict, Radačovský remarked in reference to the president that in his place he would resign from political life and move away from this country. In addition to the Judicial Council, also Justice Minister Gábor Gál (MOST-HID) will review the judge's statements.
