At the weekend, the Slovak tennis players in the Davis Cup team advanced to the elite world group after 13 years, having defeated Belorussia 3:1. Martin Kližan helped the team to earn all three points - he won both his singles and was even a part of the pair which won the doubles. In February, Slovaks will fight for a spot in the final tournament against Canada or Kazakhstan. The final tournament will take place in November 2019.
