The Government decided not to hold its regular Wednesday session at the Government Office in Bratislava, but instead in the small wine-producing village of Šenkvice in the Bratislava region, according to an announcement by the Government press office on Tuesday.
“This away-from-home session will focus on issues regarding the development of the region, which is oriented primarily on agricultural production and wine”, writes the Government Office. Ministers will also have the chance to visit a collection of approximately 700 different types of grapevine. During this unusual session, Cabinet members will also meet local agricultural representatives to discuss issues facing the sector.
