Slovakia should dispatch up to 42 soldiers to Iraq. This figure also includes members of the Military Police, who will take part in training the police units of the Iraqi defence and security forces based on mutual co-operation with Italy. Slovak soldiers who will fulfil tasks related to the support of Iraqi defence and security forces on Iraqi territory in the framework of co-operation with the USA, will also be engaged in the training.
