"The only reason Marian Kotleba is here is because some digital media disseminate a lot of nonsense," said Parliamentary Speaker Andrej Danko during the parliamentary summit of Euroasian countries in Turkish on Tuesday. Kotleba, who is the head of the far-right People's Party Our Slovakia (ĽSNS) has subsequently filed a criminal complaint against Danko for intimidation, RTVS reports. MP Milan Uhrík (ĽSNS) stated that ĽSNS is responding to Danko's statements, in which Danko said he's declaring war on ĽSNS and intends to have the far-right party disbanded with new legislation. The criminal complaint was lodged with the Prosecutor-General's Office and forwarded to the Bratislava Regional Prosecutor's Office.
