The Slovak Business Alliance says that the highest property tax can be found in Bratislava, with the town of Senica and Košice coming next. The property tax in all three of them is over 150 percent of Slovakia's average.
A plot of land covering 1,500 square metres and a production hall of 1,000 square metres would cost the lowest amount of money in Medzev (€580), and the same plot of land and production hall in Bratislava's Old Town would cost €5,125.
