The responsibility of country leaders as well as the need to maintain contact in an effort to resolve global problems are the main ideas of the speech which Slovak President Andrej Kiska will deliver at the 73rd session of the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday. In his opinion, leaders, through their rhetoric, approach and problem-solve, determine how people behave and how they perceive the state of society.
