It is possible that the US Vice-President Joe Biden will visit Slovakia this year. He could do so on the occasion of taking part at the Global Security Conference – Globsec which is to take place in Bratislava.
His official visit could also be linked to the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Slovak National Uprising. Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico invited the US Vice-President to Slovakia last year when he visited the White House.
