At its session on Wednesday, the Cabinet approved a pilot version of the National Investment Plan for 2018-2030. This document involves Slovakia's priority topics and key long-term developments in the fields of transport, energy, information and electronic communications as well as in education, research, innovation, health care, environment, agriculture, social inclusion, employment and regional development. All projects included in the investment plan are based mainly on the existing sector strategies. However, the pilot version of the document has to be further updated on the basis of Slovakia's Vision and Development Strategy which should be presented to the Government by April 2019.
