Disagreement in the coalition

The Parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee has denounced the visit of independent MP Peter Marček to Crimea. Members of the committee recalled that the Slovak Republic considers Crimea a territory of Ukraine. The Slovak National Party (SNS) regards the session of the Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, which condemned the annexation of Crimea on Wednesday morning, a major problem in the coalition. The party demands to oust the committee's chair Katarína Csefalvayová from MOST-HÍD. The Slovak National Party considers the committee meeting as a violation of the coalition agreement. The chair of the coalition party MOST-HÍD Béla Bugár sees the reaction of the coalition partner SNS as sharper than necessary.
