Three quarters of Slovaks and even more Czechs active on the internet are aware of the contamination of the Earth with plastic trash, indicate the results of a survey conducted by the Nielsen Admosphere company. The survey was carried out on 500 Slovak and 500 Czech respondents. 95% of respondents separate plastic trash always or most of the time, 90% paper and almost 90% glass. In Slovakia 72% of respondents separate metal trash and batteries. According to the survey, as many as 38% of Slovaks and 30% of Czechs have already heard the term "Zero waste".
