Bratislava-Moscow flights to become frequent

From of the end of August, the airline Pobeda plans to add 44 extra flights on the Bratislava-Moscow route beyond the planned summer schedule, Bratislava Airport Spokesperson Veronika Ševčíková told TASR on Tuesday. The additional two-hour direct flights to the Russian capital will be available between August 31 and October 26, 2018, i.e. until the end of the summer flight schedule. "Due to high demand, the airline increased the flight frequency to five flights a week already between the end of April until the end of May. Now it is adding extra flights also in the period between the end of August and the end of October," said Ševčíková, adding that, "Moscow is one of the top five flight destinations from and to Bratislava." The Russian airline Pobeda is a subsidiary of the Aeroflot group.
