Water tanks in Bratislava’s streets during the heatwave

Water tanks, drinking fountains, sprinklers and extended opening hours at the city's swimming pools - this is how Bratislava city hall wants to help fight the current heatwave. Residents and visitors can have a glass of water free of charge on the Main Square from 11 am to 5pm and on Poštova Street from 10am to 4pm. From Wednesday August 1^st to Tuesday August 7^th , the public open-air swimming pools in Lamač, Rača and Krasňany will extend their opening hours until 8pm.
