Special 'Presidential Train' stops in Bratislava

A unique project to mark the centenary of Czechoslovakia's founding is the 'Presidential Train' which arrived in Bratislava at noon on Tuesday. The train is composed of five railway saloon cars, which served Czechoslovak presidents since 1918 until 1939 and in the post-WWII period on their domestic as well as foreign trips. It is possible to see it at the Transport Museum in Bratislava on Tuesday and Wednesday. After departing from Bratislava, the train, hauled by a steam locomotive, will visit railway stations in Nitra, Zvolen, Lučenec, Žilina and Košice, before returning to the Czech Republic.
