On Monday, a three-day conference of the highest representatives of tax administrations from the whole of Europe is starting in Bratislava. According to the TASR press agency, the Slovak capital will thus host approximately 200 representatives of governments, business as well as universities from 44 countries. They should discuss digitalisation, transparency, security at the conference with the motto 'From thinking digital to being digital'. The end of the conference also signals the end of Slovakia's one-year presidency of the Intra-European Organisation of Tax Administrations (IOTA). The IOTA is a non-profit intergovernmental organisation, which provides a forum to assist its members to improve tax administration.
