The public broadcaster Radio and Television Slovakia (RTVS) has the most objective news broadcasts, according to the results of a survey by the polling agency Median SK MML Omnibus, which was published on Tuesday. The poll, which involved 2,259 respondents between January and March, showed that 25.3 percent of people view RTVS' news as providing the most objective news reporting. The public-service institution has improved its position from the previous quarter by 0.5 percentage points. RTVS made it to the top in 3Q16 and has been maintaining this position since the beginning of 2017. Next came TV Markiza news on 23.5 percent, followed by TV JOJ news on 18.4 percent. The TA3 news-only channel came fourth on 15.8 percent.
