The centenary of the signature of the Pittsburgh Agreement was also celebrated by the United States Embassy in Slovakia on Thursday with the premiere of a short film entitled "History of American-Slovak Ties in a Single Grain". The main idea of the video, screened at the University Library in Bratislava "is to tell the story of the friendship between Slovakia and the USA, which has led to several key moments in the history of Slovakia, including the formation of the first Czechoslovak Republic, which was partly based on the signing of the Pittsburgh Agreement," US Embassy Public Affairs Officer Griffin Rozell told TASR.
