Members of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, Polymer Institute, Department of Composite Materials, began to work on a project with an acronym NANO2DAY. Its full name is 'Multifunctional Polymer Composites doped with new 2D nanoparticles for advanced applications'. Scientists will systematically examine nanocomposites for electronics, advanced construction components and applications in the aerospace industry. There are 11 project partners; five of them are from the research area of Lithuania, Latvia, Denmark, Sweden and Slovakia, the four partners are companies and two institutions from the so-called third countries, universities from Belarus and the USA. The project runs from May 2018 to April 2022.
