The lawyer, long-standing activist and currently deputy chairwoman of the Progressive Slovakia party Zuzana Čaputová announced her candidacy for the post of Slovakia's President on Tuesday. According to the SITA press agency, the opposition party We are family is to announce their candidate this week, too. He is supposed to be MP Milan Krajniak. The presidential elections will take place next year.
