As many as 134 wine cellars laying on an axis from Bratislava to Trnava will be opened for wine aficionados from Friday afternoon until Saturday evening to mark the Day of Saint Urban (May 25), the patron saint of wine-growers. The 'Open Cellars on Saint Urban's Day' event will allow visitors of wine cellars in 25 towns and villages of the Small Carpathian Wine Route to size up last year by tasting wine directly drawn from casks.
