The key topics of the Government's away-from-home session in Vranov nad Topľou, eastern Slovakia, were tourism and infrastructure. According to Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini, more than 850 jobs have been created in this district. The Government approved an action plan for the development of this eastern Slovak district at the end of August 2016. The estimated budget is €130 million. An additional €55 mil should be allocated from EU funds. According to the Prime Minister, this region has great potential in terms of tourism.
