Foreign ministers attending the Visegrad (V4) meeting on Tuesday in Budapest spoke of the need for unified attitudes and strong regional co-operation. The diplomats also discussed preparations for the NATO summit in 2018, Ministry of Defence Spokesperson Danka Capáková, informed TASR. The aforementioned summit will be held in July this year during the Slovak Presidency of the Visegrad Group. V4 Defence Ministers also agreed on the need to step up cooperation within NATO and the EU. In the case of the European Union, it has devoted itself to its new defence initiatives, as well as a military mobility project involving all V4 countries.
