Cyclist Peter Sagan wins Gent – Wevelgem

Slovak road cyclist of the the German Bora-Hansgrohe team Peter Sagan dominated the final spurt of the 80^th Flemish classic cycling race Gent - Wevelgem. Thus, following his victories in 2013 and 2016, Sagan became the sixth cyclist in history to win the race three times. "I am very proud. It worked out also thanks to perfect team work; there were two of us in the end. It was a small lottery. I chose a longer spurt this time, I had to keep the pace for longer, however, it worked out," said Sagan after the victory.
