Czech President Miloš Zeman will make the first foreign visit of his second term to Slovakia, Zeman's spokesman Jiří Ovčáček told TASR on Thursday. "The president's visit is slated for early April," added Ovčáček. Zeman was sworn into office on Thursday, thereby beginning his second five-year term.
