Besides the briefing in the late afternoon, Prime Minister Robert Fico gave a speech on public TV in the evening. Here he expressed his condolences to the families of the two assassinated young people and defined finding the culprits as the priority important for the future of the country. "We are playing for the trust of citizens in the state," said the Prime Minister. As he informed, the Slovak police has been joined by the FBI, Scotland Yard, the Czech and the Italian police in the investigation. He accused some authorities of following narrow power goals. Robert Fico criticized some "political voices" of reaching early conclusions as to the culprits behind the crime.
