Parliamentary chairman Andrej Danko reacted to the President's call. He said that he was ready to discuss further steps for the future with the President, as well as with the Prime Minister. The leader of the Slovak National Party will summon an extraordinary assembly of the party. At the same time, he made a plea not to accuse innocent people. "If we don't respect investigators, prosecutors and the courts, we don't respect the state," he said. Andrej Danko was also asking to protect the international credit of Slovakia. "I will do anything to avoid us being called a mafia state," he said.
