The last two Slovaks from the group of 8 paragliders who were detained in Iran in May of this year for alleged espionage have been released. They have been transported to the Slovak Embassy in Iran.
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico and Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajčák are currently in Tehran negotiating the final release of these men. Spokeswoman for the Government confirmed the negotiation, however did not add any details of the discussion or its expected outcome.
