A 42-year old Slovak serviceman on duty in the ALTHEA operation in Bosnia and Herzegovina died suddenly in Sarajevo on Wednesday morning. Major Peter Pavlovský with experience from two missions in Afghanistan was a member of the Ground Forces Command of the Slovak Armed Forces. RTVS informed that a suspected heart attack might be the possible cause of death. Defence Minister Peter Gajdoš and Chief of the General Staff Milan Maxim have extended their sympathies to the bereaved.
