Migration and protecting borders in Libya are on the agenda of a meeting of top representatives of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia on Friday. Slovakia is represented by Prime Minister Robert Fico. His Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orbán discusses his plan to establish a regional development bank supporting projects in central Europe too.
