In 2018, the Milan R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava will operate six new regular air routes and one new charter route. In addition to the Ryanair flight connection to London-Stansted, which operates 12 times a week, a new flight connection operated by WizzAir to London-Luton will start from March 25th and is scheduled to fly seven times a week. The other destinations, where regular flights from Bratislava are scheduled from 2018 are Tbilisi (Georgia), Burgas (Bulgaria), Malta, Pafos (Cyprus), and Thessaloniki (Greece). As part of the charter flights, Bratislava will also connect to Catania in Sicily.
