Towards the end of the year, the company Google traditionally releases the list of the most searched items. In Slovakia, in addition to the popular sports, online games and reality shows, this year's interests also included the regional elections and the Ball in the Opera. The personality most searched for by Slovaks was the three-time world champion in road cycling Peter Sagan. Among the top 5 researched movies were also three of local provenance, such as All or Nothing and Abduction. And traditionally, the top trend of the year was sport searches: the World Ice Hockey Championships and Tour de France.
