A project for supporting cooperation between Slovak and Indian innovative firms called Slovakia Hub took place in Mumbai on November 9-11. The main organisers and event sponsors were the Indian Trade Chamber in Slovakia, the Slovak company ESET, the Slovak Alliance for an Innovation Economy and the Slovak Representative Office in New Delhi. According to the Slovak Ambassador to India, Zigmund Bertók, the six months of preparations leading to the event paid off with sizeable interest from Indian investors and institutions to cooperate with Slovak partners. Slovak and Indian firms that want to cooperate are mainly involved in fintech, smart energy solutions and e-commerce.
