President Andrej Kiska will distribute his September salary to the families of the nurses and the driver who died in a car crash. The eight were travelling from Slovakia to their jobs in Austria. Each of their families will receive EUR 600. The president pointed to the fact that many people are left in a state of emergency not through their own fault and that the state should help such people. However, according to the President, Slovakia is not a social state.
