Former Czech Finance minister Andrej Babiš plans to file a suit against the Slovak Interior Ministry aimed at protecting his reputation. He is thus reacting to the Slovak Constitutional Court's verdict issued on Thursday in favour of the Slovak Nation's Memory Institute concerning Babiš's registration as a former Czechoslovak communist secret service agent. Babiš, whose party ANO is likely to win the Czech general election later this month, claims that he never cooperated with the StB.
