A unique treasure was found in the eastern Slovak village of Lučivná close to the High Tatras. 870 silver coins from the 17th and 18th centuries lied untouched in a crock only a few centimeters under the ground. The change from different parts of Europe has a low nominal value. However, the value of the found treasure is inestimable. Despite this fact, the finder of the crock, Vladimír Habaj, is not requesting any remuneration.
