The Slovak Athletic Union (SAZ) has recognised the arguments of the racewalker Matej Tóth, whereby he defended the irregularities displayed in his biological passport, with the Union cancelling his temporary suspension. However, it remains to be seen whether this decision will be shared by the newly created Unit for Athletic Integrity, which will make its decision within 21 days from receiving a request. The subsequent stage in the process is the Sports Arbitration Court (CAS) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
